Gloria assisted us in our search to find a home when our realtor (from the same office) went on vacation. I was so very impressed with her knowledge of the realty business and her attention was always on our needs first. It was very refreshing to see someone so focused on helping us find a home and in a very short window that I had (Selling my house and buying another and not having to find a place to rent in the interim).I would definitely recommend Gloria - she will spend a great amount of her time looking for the right house for you ! While you're sleeping, she is up and searching, compiling data and ready the next day with lists and comparables to ensure you are getting the best deal! She is a great negotiator! I will surely call her when I'm ready to sell and buy again!

She gets in touch and stays in touch throughout the process. I am purchasing a short sale that is going through fairly quickly (due to close Feb 27th) and Gloria had great insight and instincts.

I am extremely happy with Gloria and all of the work she put into selling my condo. This was a short sale and the association was not very helpful and timely with their paperwork so the process was drawn out longer than needed to be. Gloria stayed on top of everything and made sure all of the paperwork was ready when it needed to be and kept me up to date on everything as it was happening.

Knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful in assisting us with buying a home. She understood what we needed it and found us a home that exceeded what we were looking for with a great price. She also presented us with many financing options and connected us to a loan officer that give us the best program.

Our first hint should have been when she walked us in to one of our showings, she sat down and started to play bubblebreaker on her phone and told us to look around.just wanted the commission. terrible experience..she kept pushing us to close at 30k over market value?!?!
